Following the renovation of Brooks Hall, the oldest of four residential buildings known as "The Quad," BC Ltd. completely redesigned the courtyard that had only served as a pedestrian passageway which had deteriorated over time.

The Quadrangle is now a lively and inviting gathering space that accommodates seasonal events, furnished with outdoor benches, café tables and lushly planted beds. A fountain in the center will complete the landscape. BC Ltd. provided Schematic Design through Construction Drawings, onsite supervision.

Billie Cohen acts as horticultural consultant and continues to design the ongoing renovations throughout the Barnard campus.
