Billie Cohen ltd. worked with May & Pinska Architects to create a plaza that reinforced the traditional character of Murray Hill. The elements of the plaza were modeled on existing historical precedents to create a handsome streetscape and popular plaza that includes benches and a water fountain. The street trees have matured to create a wonderful canopy overhead, and the flowering magnolias have become a neighborhood favorite.
