Marina 59

Marina 59’s five acre waterfront on the Rockaway Peninsula has served the Queens community since 1947. Billie Cohen ltd. was brought in by new ownership to create a master plan that would restore the natural shoreline, host RISE Rockaway’s kayaking program, and revitalize the space to accommodate events to attract a new generation of fishermen, boat owners, and explorers.
